Dr. Ramneek Mahajan is an experienced Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement specialist with more than 27 years of experience in the management of orthopaedic and joint-related conditions. He is currently associated with Max Healthcare as Chairman – Orthopaedics, Joint Replacement & Chief Robotic Joint Replacement and practices at Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, New Delhi.
Dr. Mahajan specialises in Orthopaedics, Joint Replacement, Arthroscopy & Sports Injury and Robotic Surgery, with particular expertise in robotic knee replacement, robotic hip replacement and robotic partial knee replacement (UKR). Before his association with Max Healthcare, Dr. Mahajan held several senior clinical positions, including Director – Orthopedics & Head of Unit 2 at Saket City Hospital, Head of Department – Orthopedics at Nova Specialty Hospital, Kailash Colony, and Senior Consultant at Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh and Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj. He has also worked as a Visiting Senior Consultant at Metro Hospital, Noida and Rockland Hospital, New Delhi.
His academic and professional work includes research and publications related to total knee arthroplasty, osteoarthritis of the knee, joint replacement, arthroscopy, sports injuries and perioperative management. He has also participated as invited faculty at national and international arthroplasty meetings.
